口语于多数人而言，属于较难的一科，特别是口语的 part3 部分，那真是难上加难啊。此部分随机性最为强烈，问题亦都较为抽象。

Part1 与 Part2 的题库比较固定，只要考生拥有一定的英语基础常识，并恰当地运用事先准备好的故事，大体上就能够应对。

对于 Part3 问题，我们也无需太过紧张。

一、表达个人观点

1.Giving your own opinion

发表自己的看法

大多数人会用"I think.……"来表达自己的看法，但大家不要忘了评分标准中的词汇多样性。可以尝试将"I think.……"替换成以下词汇

As far as I'm concerned....

lf you ask me l think....

To be honest l think....

I reckon......

2.Stating the general or public opinion

表达普遍或公众的看法

当我们想和大家的看法做个对比时，可以这么说：

Many people would say that..

It is often said that....

It is widely believed that...

3.Saying you don't know

表达不知道

当我们不确定或者没有明确的观点，不要说 "I don't know"。下面这些表达听起来更好：

Ihaven't really thought about it, but l reckon....

It is not something l've considered, but l guess....

To be honest, l don't really know, however, I'd say....

4.Giving a strong opinion

表达强烈的观点

如何让我们的观点听起来更有说服力？你可以使用以下这些表达方式。

I am firmly convinced that..

I strongly believe that...

I am absolutely certain that....

Question: what do you think about the way languages are taught in schools?

As far as I'm concerned the methods used to teach foreign languages in schools are in need of improvement. Teachers need to engage students more withinteresting materials and fun activities with real-life conversations in that language. It is widely believed that teaching just grammar or lecture-based lessons are not effective and l agree with this. For example, when l was in school I didn't like French class as the teacher just lectured and there were no fun group activities.

二、如何进行预测

How to make a prediction

当被问到关于未来的问题时，我们可以用“will + 动词”或“will be+动名词”来回答。

The way l see it is that...

There is a strong possibility that..

It is highly likely/unlikely that...

Most probably, l reckon that..

It has long been predicted that...

It is not very likely that....

I can definitely see....

在做预测时，使用条件句也是个好主意，比如说：

"ftechnology continues to progress at this pace, then it is highly likely that teachers in the classroom will be replaced by computers or robots in the future.

举个栗子：

Question: Will computers and robots replace teachers in the future?

I reckon it's highly likely that robots and computers will be used in schools rather than teachers. If technology continues to progress at this pace, then l can definitely see that teachers in the classroom will not be needed in the future. For instance, l recently read a report in the Guardian newspaper that Japan is planning to put robots in English classrooms to help pupils with their pronunciation, so yes there is a strong, possibility that robots will be doing the job ofa teacher within 10 years.

三、谈论他人

Talking about other people

口语考试中经常会被问到关于我们国家的人的问题，下面是一些可能用得上的句子。

The majority of people in my country...

Most people would prefer to...

A lot of people feel that...

People in the past used to...

In general, most people tend to...

举个栗子：

Question: Do people in your country spend a lot of money on their education?

I would say that the majority of people spend a lot on education. Traditionally in my country, studying hard to get into a good university is considered to be very important. For instance, most people want to get a job as a Doctor or some other high paying profession. therefore, many people tend to see investing intheir education as a big priority.

四、比较与对比

Comparing and contrasting

第一种比较事物的方式：比较级、级

Ais better than B

Ais more interesting than B

A and B are good but C is the best

A and B are interesting but C is the most interesting

Ais more effective than B

第二种比较事物的方式是用"as (adjective) as"

A is not as cheap as B

A is not as interesting as B

A is as good as B

A doesn't cost as much as B

A isn't as tasty as B

举个栗子：

Question: What is the difference between studying online and studying at a school?

Studying on the internet such as an online course is more effective than studying at school, because we can focus more without the distractions of being in aclass. We can also study at our own pace and with recent advances in technology, it is often much cheaper to study online than at a school. Forinstance ifyou want to learn English it will be more expensive to enroll in a school than studying through Youtube videos or taking a Skype lesson.

五、与过去进行比较

Making comparisons with the past

当比较过去时态时，大家可以使用比较级和级，以及过去式、过去进行时、used to结构、现在完成进行时或现在完成时。

以上语法的相关例句：

Used to: Universities used to be free in the UK but now students are getting into debt.

Present perfect: The quality of teaching has become much better compared to 50 years ago

Present perfect continuous: Education has been getting more expensive over the past 20 years

Past simple: Teaching was a well-paid profession in the past, but nowadays it has one of the lowest salaries

Past continuous: Truancy was becoming a big problem when l was school ,although these days it seems to not be such an issue.

举个栗子：

Question: How are education priorities today different than those in the past?

Many years ago teaching was about rote learning and the pupils used to listen to the teacher in a lecture format, In recent years in the western world especially, there has been more of a focus on individualism and critical thinking skills. For example, when l was in high school l remember the teacher was writing up stuff on the blackboard with no group discussion among the class. These days the classroom is a very different place.

六、讨论因果关系

Talking about cause and effect

在这类问题中，你需要讨论某件事情的原因及其产生的影响。

例句：

"Pollution and smog are a result of coal-fired power stations and co2 from vehicles.

Global warming is partly due to the burning of fossil fuels in developing countries.consequently, weather patterns have been changing worldwide.

Many school children are doing badly at school. This is down to various issuesbullying, boredom and poor teaching methods. As a result, the pupils are notgetting the grades they need to go to University.

Question: What are some ofthe reasons for students doing badly in school?

I reckon that this is down to a number ofissues, among these are poor teachingmethods, boredom and lack ofmotivation. This means that many students arenot getting the grades they need to enter University. For instance, when l was atschool I had to studygeography and science but I had no interest in thosesubjects. Also l realised that the teaching methods in my school were not sogood. Due to this l completely lost interest in those subjects and got poor gradestoo.
