首先，对于人物类的题目，大家记住，建议呢不要一味地例举这个人物的事迹或品性。大家可以在最开始的部分简单去介绍这个人物的基本情况，如年龄段、职业、与你的关系（亲近与否）、如何认识的，再加两三个性格特征的描述（其中一个则是和题目相关的）。然后在举例某一次的故事经历来体现题目设定的“性格或特征”。

接着我们来看这个题目的示范：

Speaking of a vigorous person I know, it’s definitely my bestie Yoyo. [先引出，你要描述的人是谁；也可以用“I’m going to talk about my bestie, Yoyo. ”这种比较常见的开头方式。]

vigorous 精力充沛的

We’ve known each other since junior high school and we are just like sisters. She’s in her late twenties. She’s a foodie and she has a sweet tooth. Above all, she seems to be full of beans at all times. [简单描述人物的基本信息。刚才提到的那几点大家可以进行组合，并不是必须要把所有信息描述到位。比如这里就选择了“关系、亲近程度、年龄段、特征”，其中full of beans = energetic 去呼应题目要求的“energetic person”]

in her early thirties 30岁出头

a foodie 吃货

have a sweet tooth: like eating sweet foods, especially sweets and chocolate 喜欢吃甜食

be full of beans: full of energy and life 精力充沛的

at all times: always 总是，一直

For example, several years ago, for the first time, we went on a fortnight-holiday together in Thailand.At that time, in order to cut back on spending, we chose the red-eye flight to Bangkok and would directly take another flight there to Krabi. [引出例子，也就是某次具体的经历，体现出人物的“精力充沛”。]

fortnight: two weeks 两周

cut back on: reduce  减少

red-eye flight 红眼航班

As you could imagine, taking the red-eye flight would be exhausting as we had to catch flight at 2:45 am. And as the noise of the plane was thundering, it made me hard to fall asleep and get some rest during the flight. As a result, when we arrived at the Bangkok airport, I almost burnt out. While waiting in the lounge, I found myself a seat and tried to take a nap . But my bestie, Yoyo seemed to be wide-awake and kept snapping me. 

thundering: very loud 很大声

wide-awake: completely awake  完全醒着的

Finally, when we got to the hotel in Krabi, I felt relieved that I could eventually get some sleep. But Yoyo insisted that we should seize every minute to explore every nook and cranny of the place. My eyes were heavy-lidded and my head was spinning, so I refused. Then, she went out herself and it wasn’t until the dusk that Yoyo returned, delightful, cheerful, alive and kicking with no sign of tiredness.[这三个段，也就是主线部分，就完全和我们以前说过的“故事”一样了，按各个时间节点的人物行为动作、言语、情绪反应进行描述]

So you see, Yoyo must be the person who’s got endless energy.[最后做个简单的总结或感受描述即可。]

(文中表达若觉得困难，都可以替换成更为简单的词组；Part 2尽可能少犯错误，保持流利输出，在此基础上可以对部分表达进行提升润色）
