Eight years ago, my mom was planning a grand family get-together.She had invited several close relatives to this family gathering.Unfortunately, my mom's left leg got burnt with some boiling water, making it impossible for her to walk properly. Well, My dad knew very little about cooking, so I had to take up the responsibilityof preparing the reunion dinner. At first, I thought it wouldn't be any more difficult than taking a math test. But I was wrong.

On the day of the get-together, I woke up extremely early to start preparations. I sortedthe ingredients, washed the veggies, choppedthe meat, and did other necessary things. Then, I had to multitask; otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to cook all the dishes in time. While I was deep-frying chicken wings, I had to stewthe beef. While I was stir-frying Kongpao chicken, I had to keep an eye on the fish broth heated on the gas stove.

Finally, after three hours of work, I managed to cook all the dishes. Although my cooking received rave reviews,I wasn't excited at all. I was exhausted!
